Transient forms are now online at www.facts.org. Before logging in you must change your registration PIN by selecting "FACTS PIN" from the Secure Apps section of campus.fsu.edu. This will also change your FSU registration pin.

Students planning to take coursework away from FSU during any term must have the course work approved and a TRANSIENT STUDENT FORM completed.


VERY IMPORTANT

Students are responsible for making arrangements to have their transcript for courses taken at another institution sent back to the Office of Admissions at FSU. This is not an automatic action; it must be requested.

Transient information cannot be taken or given over the telephone. An online transient form at www.facts.org is the only option. Remember that you must change your FSU registration pin at campus.fsu.edu before you can use the online transient form.

Students are responsible for keeping a legible copy of the Transient Student Form.

If you do not have a 2.0 GPA:

Students who do not have at least a 2.0 GPA at FSU are not eligible to take transient student coursework. They may, however, take Correspondence Courses. For more information, go to www.correspondencestudy.ufl.edu.
