EAB/Campus Connect resources

CC AdviseforFuture!.jpg Campus Connect is a platform developed by EAB. It is an interactive web portal that houses a collection of web-based services for students, staff, and faculty, which pulls data from PeopleSoft's Campus Solutions system (also known as Student Central). Inside Campus Connect, FSU employees can access various reporting and appointment scheduling functions, as well as perform administrative tasks. Reporting and analytics tools are also available to users. Additional training on these functions is available upon request.

Need a demo for your site? Reach out! Jill Flees and Sara Hamon both serve as the application administrators and are happy to provide an on-site demonstration and answer any questions you may have about getting the most out of Campus Connect. Contact UGS-Campus-Connect@fsu.edu for more information.

This page is intended for staff use only. Students can access Campus Connect via clicking the CC icon in Student Central homepage to schedule advisor or tutor meetings.

Campus Connect Advisor Resources

The CC Help Center in the Campus Connect platform offers numerous resources for advisors. Additionally, advisors who are members of CIA (Council of Informed Advisors) have access to FSU specific resources on the Canvas organization page.

Campaigns

Campaigns are targeted outreach efforts that involve sharing pertinent information to a specific population of students. While some campaigns are information-only and require no action by the student, Campus Connect offers a robust appointment campaign function that allows staff to identify a specific population of students and invite them to schedule an appointment. Users can then track appointment completion via a campaign dashboard in the platform.

Access to run appointment campaigns requires completion of an online training module located in the CIA Canvas organization under the Campaign Training module. If you are not already a member of the CIA Canvas organization email John Carter at jcarter@admin.fsu.edu. for enrollment.

Appointment Center

Campus Connect users can manage scheduled appointments and drop-in appointments through Appointment Center. In addition to staff management tools, Appointment Center also offers kiosk functionality which allows students to sign in for appointments or drop-in advising on their own.

To set up a new location or edit an existing location information, email UGS-Campus-Connect@fsu.edu with your request and one of our Campus Connect liaisons will reach out to assist.
