Jeffrey Boykins

Jeff is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 30 years of experience in public accounting with the last 24 years serving as a dedicated transaction services professional.   Jeff has focused on providing financial due diligence services to both private equity and corporate clients across a broad spectrum of industries.  During this time, Jeff has helped coordinate and execute on transactions ranging from joint ventures, minority investments and standalone acquisitions to complex carve-outs of public entities in the U.S., Europe, Asia and South America. In addition to his professional responsibilities, Jeff has helped to develop and implement diversity and inclusiveness initiatives throughout his career.

Jeff has served on several not-for-profit boards including the African American Partnership for the United Way of Atlanta, CoolGirls, Inc., an organization dedicated to the self-empowerment of at-risk girls in Atlanta and the FSU Alumni Association. While on the board of Cool Girls, Jeff held the board positions of Secretary, Treasurer and Board Chair. Additionally, while serving on the FSU Alumni Association national board, Jeff served as the board’s Secretary.

Jeff received both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting while attending Florida State University. Jeff and his wife Tiffany have endowed scholarships with FSU’s Care program and a scholarship for women’s athletics at FSU. Additionally, Jeff is a 30 year member of the Seminole Boosters and a lifetime member of the FSU Alumni Association.

A native of Clearwater, Florida, Mr. Boykins is married to Tiffany Boykins, a ’93 graduate of Florida State University, and together they are the parents of daughters Kayla, Lauren, Julia and Olivia.
