Priscilla Howard, is Chief Executive Office and Founder of The Community Solutions Group, a housing and community development advisory firm in Brandon, Florida. In this capacity she advises for-profit and nonprofit housing developers, faith-based ministries, government, and local housing finance authorities on financing structures as well as development strategies and policies. Her firm serves clients throughout the State of Florida. Mrs. Howard conducts workshops and produces training sessions on organizational development and capacity building.

Mrs. Howard received her BA in Business from FSU in 1982 and her Masters in Urban and Regional Planning from FSU in 1986. She is a member of the Links, Incorporated and a 43 year member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated. Mrs. Howard is Mom to 4 young adult children, Yaya to two wonderful granddaughters and sweetheart and life partner for almost 40 years to Cecil Howard, who she met at FSU.
