First-year students admitted in Summer or Fall 2021 who have not earned credit in ENC 1101 (College Composition), MGF1106 (College Mathematics), or MAC1105 (College Algebra) may seek pre-approval for a reimbursement up to $100 for the costs associated with taking one of these CLEP tests from May 24 – August 31, 2021. If you were pre-approved through the survey sent to your FSU email account, you may use the following resources to prepare for your CLEP test and submit receipts required for reimbursement. You will be reimbursed no sooner than your first term of enrollment at FSU.
How to Register for a CLEP Test
In order to receive your reimbursement, you must first take the CLEP test, and then complete our CLEP Reimbursement Form where you will be asked to verify your identity and upload the required documentation showing that you have taken the exam. A link to the CLEP Reimbursement Form will be sent to you in the next couple of days via email. Once your reimbursement is processed, you will see a credit of $100 posted on your FSU account in the form of a scholarship.
If you have any questions you may email the Office of Undergraduate Studies at undergradstudies@fsu.edu.
