Hilary High founded dispute resolution firm Hilary High P.A. in 2012. She has mediated thousands of cases across Florida, and specializes in working with disputants in high conflict civil matters. Hilary is a Distinguished Fellow of the International Academy of Mediators, and serves on the Executive Committee of the Florida Chapter of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals (NADN). She chaired the Hillsborough County Bar Association Mediation & Arbitration Section from 2013 to 2015. Hilary is an experienced lecturer, and has created and presented mediation-related courses approved by the Florida Bar for Florida lawyers.
At FSU College of Law (’98), Hilary was president of Moot Court and interned for a year in the Florida House of Representatives. She graduated with honors in 1998. As an undergraduate at FSU (’95), Hilary was a Florida Academic Scholar, graduated Phi Beta Kappa, and served on the executive board of Pi Beta Phi sorority.
Originally from Ohio, Hilary grew up in Lake County, Florida, and has lived in Tampa since graduating from law school. She works with the UGS Council to help support FSU’s ability to provide life-transforming education and mentorship to undergraduate students.
